To inspire and equip young women students with entrepreneurial and leadership perspectives by connecting them with successful women entrepreneurs. The initiative aims to provide practical insights into building a brand, navigating business challenges, developing confidence and understanding the importance of mentorship in shaping entrepreneurial journeys.

As part of the CII IWN LeadHER entrepreneurship and mentorship initiative, IWN Bhopal organised an interactive session featuring women entrepreneurs Alka Sharma, Founder Director, Khadyot Naturals Pvt. Ltd., and Meenal Rai Shejwar, Founder, Cafe Amado. The session focused on their entrepreneurial journeys, building brands, overcoming market challenges and encouraging young women to pursue entrepreneurship.
