To strengthen collaboration among IWN leadership across the Western Region by fostering strategic discussions, leadership development, knowledge sharing, and networking. The retreat aimed to align regional priorities, encourage cross-state partnerships, and equip women leaders with new perspectives on entrepreneurship, innovation, and impactful leadership.

The two-day residential retreat brought together IWN Office Bearers from across the Western Region for immersive learning, leadership conversations, and networking. The programme featured expert-led sessions on entrepreneurship, branding, wellness, and strategic planning, alongside experiential visits that encouraged collaboration and strengthened the regional IWN ecosystem.
